Ошибка на странице портала

[So You Die]

Добрый день. Установил последнюю версию, всё вроде работает, кроме главной страницы. При заходе на портал сверху вот такие ошибки:

Да и портал выглядит странно, как буд-то css не соблюдается: тык.

Данные по серверу такие:
Apache 2.4.1.8, PHP 7.0.0, MySQL 5.6.28. Всё это работает через MAMP Pro 3.5

Как исправить эту досадную ошибку?

phpBB 3.0/3.1 не будет работать на php версии 7.*, только с версии 3.2
